Global-e Online reported stronger-than-expected second-quarter 2026 results and raised its full-year outlook, helped by broad-based merchant momentum and higher operating leverage. Revenue rose 39% year over year to $299.0 million, above the $283.097 million analyst estimate, while adjusted diluted earnings were 37 cents per share, ahead of the 22-cent estimate, and GAAP diluted earnings increased to 27 cents from 6 cents a year earlier. GMV climbed 44% to $2.089 billion and adjusted EBITDA rose 62% to $62.4 million, with adjusted EBITDA margin expanding 300 basis points to 20.9%. Global-e also expanded Shopify Managed Markets Version 2.0 to Canada and the UK, completed its $200 million 2025 buyback plan after repurchasing $68 million of shares in the quarter, and authorized a new incremental $500 million repurchase program. For 2026, the company raised guidance to $1.305 billion-$1.355 billion in revenue, $8.81 billion-$9.11 billion in GMV and $278 million-$300 million in adjusted EBITDA.
