Bio-Techne Corporation corrected the record date for its previously announced quarterly dividend, saying common shareholders must be on record on Aug. 24, 2026, to receive the $0.08-per-share payment on Aug. 28, 2026. The initial announcement had listed Aug. 17, 2026, as the record date, while all other terms remain unchanged. The Minnesota-based life sciences company, which trades on Nasdaq as TECH, said future cash dividends will continue to be considered by its Board of Directors on a quarterly basis. Bio-Techne said it operates through the R&D Systems, Bio-Techne Spatial, and Bio-Techne Diagnostics brands, has 34 locations worldwide, employs about 3,000 people, and generated more than $1.2 billion in fiscal 2026 net sales.
