Bio-Techne Corporation reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $1.2 billion, unchanged from the prior year, while fourth-quarter organic revenue rose 3%. In the quarter, total revenue increased to $321.2 million, above analysts' average estimate of $314.7 million, and adjusted earnings were 52 cents per share, in line with expectations. For the full year, GAAP earnings per share rose to $1.16 from $0.46 a year earlier, and adjusted EPS increased to $1.93. Fourth-quarter growth was supported by the Protein Sciences segment, where revenue rose 2.1% to $231.2 million, and Diagnostics and Spatial Biology, where revenue increased 0.5% to $90.1 million. Bio-Techne is also in the process of being acquired by Germany's Merck KGaA in a deal valued at about $11.3 billion including debt.
