Schouw & Co. raised its full-year 2026 guidance to consolidated revenue of DKK 34.8-37.2 billion from DKK 33.0-35.5 billion and consolidated EBITDA to DKK 3,150-3,350 million from DKK 2,900-3,200 million, after reporting stronger second-quarter results. Q2 revenue rose 5% to DKK 9.0 billion and EBITDA increased 17% to DKK 828 million, while earnings per share climbed 39% to DKK 14.19 and ROIC excluding goodwill improved by 1.6 percentage points to 14.1%. The company said the upgrade, which differed from the guidance in its 1 May 2026 first-quarter report and therefore constituted inside information, reflected management’s assessment of the group’s businesses for the rest of the year, including BioMar’s 12 August 2026 guidance increase.
