EuroHoldings Ltd. reported stronger second-quarter and first-half 2026 results as a larger fleet and higher charter earnings lifted revenue and profitability, while delivery of the 49,997 dwt product tanker M/V Hellas Fighter was delayed to September 2026 from a prior mid-August target because of discharging delays. Second-quarter net revenue rose to $8.6 million from $2.9 million a year earlier, net income increased to $4.3 million, or $1.52 per share, from $0.8 million, or $0.30 per share, and adjusted EBITDA rose to $5.0 million from $0.8 million. For the first half, net revenue reached $16.2 million and net income was $6.7 million, or $2.37 per share, versus $11.9 million, or $4.28 per share, in the prior-year period, which included a gain on vessel sale; excluding that sale, adjusted first-half 2025 earnings would have been $0.60 per share. The company said it has secured the required debt financing for the vessel acquisition, including a $10 million loan backed by its two containerships, and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share payable on or about Sept. 16, 2026, to shareholders of record on Sept. 9, 2026.
