Cohen & Steers has launched the Cohen & Steers Real Assets Active ETF, trading under the ticker CSRA, as an actively managed vehicle spanning real estate, infrastructure, natural resources and commodities. The ETF began trading Wednesday and carries a 0.80% expense ratio. The firm said the fund is built for an "era of scarcity" shaped by rising energy and materials demand, deglobalization and persistent supply constraints, positioning real assets not only as an inflation hedge but also as a source of diversification and long-term return potential. CSRA also expands Cohen & Steers' active ETF lineup, joining more specialized products including CSRE, CSIO, CSNR and CSEN as a broader all-in-one option for investors seeking flexible exposure across multiple real-asset segments.
