Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang ranked first on Glassdoor's 2026 Top CEOs list with a 99% approval rating, while Nvidia also placed No. 3 on Glassdoor's overall Best Places to Work ranking and remained No. 1 in the platform's Tech & AI category. The August 12 list was compiled from anonymous, verified reviews at U.S. companies with more than 1,000 employees and at least 75 reviews submitted between May last year and May this year. Jason Johnson of Quick Quack Car Wash and Kevin Lobo of Stryker followed Huang at 93%. Only nine information technology CEOs made the top 50; Apple's Tim Cook ranked 37th, while Elon Musk, Satya Nadella, Sundar Pichai, Mark Zuckerberg and Lisa Su did not make the list. The results were tied in part to Nvidia's flat organizational culture and Huang's role in turning GPUs into core chips for AI computing, even as employee ratings for senior leadership across U.S. companies fell below 3.5 out of 5, the lowest since 2017.
