Coinbase will suspend trading in 10 perpetual contracts around 21:00 on Aug. 26, affecting Memecoin, The Sandbox, Moonbirds, Blur, Katana, SPX6900, ZORA, Axie Infinity, Gensyn and LayerZero markets. The affected tickers are MEME-PERP, SAND-PERP, BIRB-PERP, BLUR-PERP, KAT-PERP, SPX-PERP, ZORA-PERP, AXS-PERP, AI-PERP and ZRO-PERP. Any positions still open when trading stops will be automatically settled using the average index price over the 60 minutes before the suspension, and the funding rate for the final funding period will be set at zero.
