The Law Offices of Frank R. Cruz said investors in securities class actions involving Blaize Holdings, Inc., Alibaba Group Holding Limited, Alarum Technologies, Ltd., and Replimune Group, Inc. have until Oct. 5, 2026 to seek lead-plaintiff status, while Bragar Eagel & Squire separately said the Blaize case was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The Blaize complaint covers purchasers from July 18, 2025 through April 28, 2026 and alleges the company announced transactions with entities unequipped to conduct meaningful business in order to create the appearance of growth and improperly recognized revenue. The other complaints allege misleading disclosures tied to Alibaba's alleged links under the National Defense Authorization Act and alleged AI model distillation attacks, Alarum subsidiary NetNut's alleged use of customer home internet devices without consent, and Replimune's biologics license application and FDA study-design issues.
