3M said its board of directors declared a third-quarter 2026 dividend of $0.78 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on Sept. 11, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 24, 2026. The announcement continues a longstanding capital return practice, with 3M saying it has paid dividends to shareholders without interruption for more than 100 years.
