ZeroDev founder and former Offchain staffer Derek Chiang said he has joined Ethlabs and will prioritize bringing Ethereum technologies including real-time proofs, light clients and fast confirmations into practical products and business use cases. Chiang argued that adoption of some core Ethereum infrastructure still lags its potential, pointing to cross-chain bridges that continue to rely on multisig (multiple-signature) checks to verify L1 deposits. He said he wants Ethlabs to act as a commercialization force for Ethereum technology by persuading developers through technical and product advantages rather than ideology.
