Lenovo Group reported record quarterly revenue of $26.94 billion for the three months ended June 30, up 43% from a year earlier and above the $22.3 billion consensus estimate, as AI infrastructure demand and resilient PC sales lifted all three business units. Adjusted profit attributable to shareholders jumped 176% to $1.075 billion, topping $1 billion for the first time in a single quarter, while AI-related revenue rose 60% and accounted for 35% of total group revenue. The Infrastructure Solutions Group nearly doubled revenue to $8.5 billion and lifted operating margin to 9.1%, and Lenovo said its AI server pipeline reached $54 billion, up 157% from the previous quarter. The company nonetheless posted a reported net loss attributable to shareholders of $609 million after a $1.69 billion non-cash warrant revaluation charge. In Hong Kong, the shares climbed 20% on Thursday, hit a record high and extended their gain this year to more than 280%, as investors focused on stronger-than-expected results and the company's AI growth outlook.
