Bill Ackman's Pershing Square disclosed a broad second-quarter portfolio reshuffle that included a return to Netflix and new stakes in Visa, Mastercard, S&P Global and Pershing Square USA, while exiting Alphabet's Class A and Class C shares outright. A 13F filing for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 showed Pershing added 13,081,465 Netflix shares, 3,270,470 Visa shares, 2,124,646 Mastercard shares, 2,593,155 S&P Global shares and 4,000,000 Pershing Square USA shares. The filing also showed Pershing reduced several existing positions, cutting Amazon.com by 25.2%, Brookfield by 3.7% and Hertz Global Holdings by 1.6%, while increasing Meta Platforms by 20.1%, Uber Technologies by 14.6%, Restaurant Brands International by 14.0% and Microsoft by 9.8%. At the end of the quarter, Uber was the firm's largest disclosed holding at $2.48 billion, followed by Brookfield at $2.45 billion and Microsoft at $2.32 billion. Amazon remained a top-five position at $2.04 billion despite the reduction. The new filing materially expands on earlier reporting that Pershing had reopened a Netflix position. Netflix was valued at $934 million at the end of the quarter, while Visa, Mastercard and S&P Global each ranked among the fund's top 10 holdings with quarter-end values of $1.12 billion, $1.09 billion and $1.06 billion, respectively. The changes show Ackman increasing exposure to selected large-cap growth and payments names even as he pared back some other Magnificent Seven holdings and fully exited Alphabet.
