Bitget has launched six USDT-settled stock perpetual contracts linked to Zhongji Innolight, Hanmi Pharm, LG Electronics, NAVER, Samsung E&A and the KR200 index, extending the spread of crypto exchange derivatives tied to listed equities and benchmarks. The contracts support up to 20x leverage, trade 24 hours a day and bring Bitget's total supported stock contracts to 278, according to the exchange. Bitget has previously said Korean equity-related stock perps are not available to users in South Korea. The exchange has described the products as derivatives only, saying they do not confer ownership of the underlying stocks or index exposure in the form of dividends, voting rights or other shareholder entitlements. The launch adds to a broader trend of offshore crypto venues packaging stock-linked perpetuals that let users take leveraged positions on traditional market names outside conventional securities trading hours.
