Radial Insights said the global flotation tires market was valued at USD 2.52 billion in 2025 and is expected to grow from USD 2.67 billion in 2026 to USD 4.24 billion by 2035, implying a 5.25% compound annual growth rate. The firm said demand is being driven primarily by soil health and low ground pressure requirements in agriculture, as flotation tires spread vehicle weight over a larger contact area to reduce compaction and rutting. The study also points to expanding use of VF and IF tire technologies, which allow heavier loads at lower inflation pressures, and to an additional growth avenue from ATV and UTV applications in sand, mud, snow and other soft terrain. Asia-Pacific is the largest regional market with a 39.08% share, followed by Europe at 26.51% and North America at 22.76%. The report highlights growing OEM and replacement opportunities across agriculture, construction and recreational off-road vehicles, while noting that higher upfront costs for premium tires and supply chain volatility remain constraints.
