Bitget has introduced Spot Auto-Invest+ for rTokens, allowing users to automate recurring purchases of its tokenized U.S. stock products by setting a fixed USDT amount and a schedule such as daily, weekly or monthly. The rTokens, issued by Reality, Bitget's licensed RWA protocol, follow a naming format of "r + stock ticker" and include examples such as rNVDA, rAAPL, rTSLA, as well as ETF-linked products rQQQ and rSPY. Bitget says the products are backed 1:1 by underlying assets held in reserve and custodied by licensed institutions, with dividends distributed 1:1 in token form and corporate actions such as stock splits mirrored to the tokens. The exchange said users can trade the products directly against USDT on its spot market without opening a separate U.S. stock brokerage account. For auto-invest orders, execution takes place via OTC (over-the-counter, off-exchange trading) during U.S. stock trading hours and on-exchange outside those hours, with the execution channel shown in order details. Bitget said funds are generally drawn from a user's spot account, purchased rTokens are credited to that account, and users can later hold, trade or use supported tokens in margin or collateral scenarios. The company said supported rTokens and available parameters may change and are displayed in real time on the Bitget app or website. It also warned that auto-invest does not guarantee profits and that both crypto assets and tokenized stocks can be highly volatile, with possible loss of principal.
