Saturn plans to add STRCon, Ondo's tokenized version of Strategy's Nasdaq-listed preferred stock STRC, to its sUSDat product under a broader partnership that also includes an undisclosed strategic investment from Ondo. The integration would make STRCon the first Ondo-issued security used in Saturn's STRC-based structured products, though neither company disclosed a rollout date, reserve allocation, custody arrangements or how dividends will be handled. sUSDat is created by staking Treasury-backed USDat and accrues value through exposure to STRC, whose stated amount is $100 and whose variable annualized dividend rate is currently 12% after launching at 9% in July 2025. Ondo Stocks lists more than 440 tokenized stocks and ETFs across Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana, with about $1.02 billion on the platform as of Aug. 13, while Ondo said in late July that its broader tokenized product suite had surpassed $2.5 billion in total value locked and $7 billion in cumulative trading volume. Ondo's tokenized securities and Saturn's products remain generally unavailable to U.S. investors, and STRCon gives holders economic exposure to STRC rather than direct ownership of the preferred shares.
