Tether has expanded its Hadron tokenization platform to support the Sui blockchain, giving institutions another network for issuing tokenized versions of stocks, bonds, commodities and other traditional assets. The move builds on Hadron’s launch as infrastructure for asset managers, fintechs and enterprises, and adds a blockchain that Tether said offers sub-400-millisecond finality and an object-centric architecture suited to real-world asset management. The integration broadens Sui’s institutional use case beyond its existing focus areas and reflects the wider push to bring real-world assets onchain through platforms built for issuance, transfer and compliance.
