Upbit has updated the circulating supply schedule for SAFE, extending the token's disclosed release timeline to July 2029 and giving the market a longer view of future token unlocks. Under the revised plan, between roughly 8 million and more than 27 million SAFE tokens will be released each month from August 2026 through September 2027. The earlier schedule had only covered releases through September 2027. SAFE is associated with the Safe ecosystem, a smart contract wallet infrastructure, and changes to its release timetable are relevant to traders because added supply can affect liquidity, price pressure and market sentiment.
