ARK Invest's August 13 trade disclosures showed the firm buying 192,702 shares of Securitize through ARKF, 106,941 shares of Cerebras Systems across ARKK and ARKW, and 10,824 shares of the 3iQ Solana Staking ETF across ARKW and ARKF, while selling 43,874 Palantir shares and 57,045 Shopify shares across multiple funds. The Securitize purchase expands ARK's exposure to tokenization and real-world assets, the Cerebras trade adds AI infrastructure exposure, and the 3iQ fund increases exposure to Solana through an ETF that seeks staking rewards alongside price performance. ARK had previously invested more than $10 million cumulatively in the 3iQ Solana fund as of April 2025, making the latest purchase an addition to an existing position. Other disclosed sales included Brera Holdings, Deere & Co., Twist Bioscience, 10x Genomics and AtaiBeckley, while Cerus, Perceptive Capital Solutions and Schrodinger were among the buys. Cerebras had recently reported a narrower-than-expected loss, sharply higher revenue and a raised full-year outlook, while Palantir had rallied after strong second-quarter growth, but ARK's trade file gives transaction data only and does not explain the investment rationale.
