Nagarro reported Q2 2026 revenue of €252.4 million, up from €252.0 million a year earlier, with year-over-year growth of 2.0% in constant currency and 0.2% in euro terms. Organic revenue growth was 0.6% in constant currency and negative 1.1% in euro terms. Gross profit fell to €81.8 million from €83.7 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose to €37.8 million from €30.5 million. EBITDA declined to €27.7 million from €32.0 million and EBIT fell to €19.2 million from €23.4 million, primarily because share-based payment arrangements swung to an expense of €8.1 million from income of €3.9 million a year earlier. For H1 2026, revenue rose to €500.5 million from €498.9 million, with constant-currency growth of 4.2% and euro growth of 0.3%. Adjusted EBITDA increased to €69.1 million from €60.8 million, EBITDA to €66.5 million from €65.0 million, EBIT to €49.2 million from €47.5 million, and net profit to €29.8 million from €19.6 million. Operating cash inflow rose to €29.8 million in Q2 but fell to €29.5 million in H1 due to pending client collections expected in Q3. The company had 184 clients generating more than €1 million in trailing 12-month revenue as of June 30, 2026, cash of €131.3 million, loans and borrowings of €310.5 million, and 18,711 professionals. Shareholders also approved a €1.00 per share dividend at the June 29, 2026 annual general meeting.
