Jordan Kuwait Bank Group reported net profit of JOD 57.6 million ($81.4 million) for the first half of 2026, alongside total assets of JOD 5.359 billion ($7.56 billion) and customer deposits of JOD 3.790 billion ($5.35 billion) as of June 30, 2026. The bank said the performance reflected prudent financial management, disciplined risk controls, operational efficiency, and continued investment in digital transformation and customer-focused banking services. Net direct credit facilities stood at JOD 2.056 billion and the investment portfolio reached JOD 1.938 billion. The group also reported a Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of 23.94% and a Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) of 256.23%, indicating capital and liquidity buffers above regulatory minimums. In July, Jordan Kuwait Bank launched its second Green Bond with the International Finance Corporation (IFC, World Bank private-sector arm), with IFC investing up to $100 million, underscoring the bank's push into sustainable finance and support for Jordan's economic transition.
