Hyperscale Data sold about 685 Bitcoin for about $43 million, using the proceeds to help build out its Michigan data center, cut debt by about $30 million and strengthen liquidity. The NYSE American-listed company said the disposal was a financing move and capital allocation decision rather than a retreat from digital assets, leaving it with about 275 BTC and plans to rebuild holdings over time through mining production and available capital. The sale follows a July transaction in which Hyperscale Data sold about 100 Bitcoin and arranged a Bitcoin-backed credit facility to help finance construction and equipment purchases tied to its Michigan AI infrastructure buildout. That project is linked to a master services agreement with an unnamed infrastructure customer covering about 20 megawatts of computing capacity over 10 years, with two optional five-year extensions, which the company has said could generate more than $1.2 billion in revenue and potentially more than $3 billion if added capacity and extensions are fully exercised.
