Milestone Scientific reported second-quarter revenue of $2.8 million, up 22.3% from a year earlier, as growth in its dental products and early commercialization of medical products lifted sales. The medical segment showed the sharpest momentum, with CompuFlo revenue rising 230% year over year in the quarter, which the company linked to physician adoption and reimbursement progress, including additional claims across multiple Medicare Administrative Contractor (regional Medicare claims processors) jurisdictions and its first successful paid workers' compensation claim. Milestone said CompuFlo currently has Medicare reimbursement of about $325 per procedure under CPT 0777T through Novitas and First Coast, covering three regions and 13 states, while it pursues the remaining MACs and expands direct sales with three distribution partners in covered markets. The company also said it signed a strategic distribution agreement with Red One Medical to market the CompuFlo Epidural System across the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency, Indian Health Service and other federal healthcare organizations. Milestone reaffirmed its 2026 outlook for revenue of $9.8 million to $10.2 million, said CompuFlo revenue should grow faster than the broader business for the rest of the year, and reiterated a target of reaching cash flow breakeven in early 2027.
