By October, the probabilities were 53.3% for no change, 39.8% for a cumulative 25 basis-point move, and 6.8% for a cumulative 50 basis-point increase. Separately, newer market data showed September no-change odds rising to 74% and the probability of a 25-basis-point hike falling to 25%, while trading volume in the related prediction event reached $33.8 million.
