HTX global adviser Sun Yuchen said he had communicated with Binance and that the matter involves only Binance users in the UK and European Union. He added that HTX itself does not conduct business in the UK or EU and that settlement talks with UK and EU regulators are already under way. Sun said users affected during those negotiations can contact HTX customer service, and the exchange will coordinate a resolution.
