a2 Milk reported a 44% drop in full-year net profit attributable to NZ$113.6 million, as lower revenue from its key China-label infant milk formula product weighed on results after temporary supply chain disruptions constrained availability. The result compared with NZ$202.9 million a year earlier and came in below the Visible Alpha consensus estimate of NZ$121 million. On an underlying basis, the New Zealand dairy producer posted full-year profit of NZ$235.8 million, up 7% from last year.
