Greenlane Holdings' BERA-focused treasury was worth $16.4 million at June 30 against a roughly $70 million cost basis, leaving the 81.3 million-token position 76.6% below cost and contributing a $19.1 million non-cash fair-value loss in the second quarter. The company posted a $24.8 million net loss for the quarter and a $43.2 million net loss for the first half of 2026, when cumulative digital-asset fair-value losses reached $32 million, while its digital-asset segment generated $309,000 of staking and yield revenue. Greenlane, a Nasdaq-listed former cannabis accessories company, funded the strategy with a roughly $110.7 million October 2025 private placement and increased holdings from 77.7 million tokens at the end of March despite BERA falling 75.9% year to date to about $0.146 after briefly trading above $1.20 earlier in 2026.
