Advasa Holdings, Inc. said the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared effective its Form S-1 registration statement on August 11, clearing the fintech payment holding company for a Nasdaq Global Market direct listing under the symbol ADBT that is expected to begin trading on or about August 18, 2026. The company said the listing will not involve a sale of newly issued shares. Advasa operates through Tokyo-based ADVASA Co., Ltd., which runs the FUKUPE earned wage access platform in Japan and says it is building broader payroll- and payments-linked financial infrastructure. Chief Executive Officer and Director Grady Ryther described the approval as a milestone that should improve visibility, credibility and access to capital markets. WestPark Capital, Inc. is serving as financial advisor and Anthony, Linder & Cacomanolis, PLLC as securities counsel. Advasa said Japanese investors may be able to trade the stock through Rakuten Securities, Inc., SBI SECURITIES Co., Ltd., Webull Securities (Japan) Co. Ltd. and Monex, Inc., subject to brokerage timelines, restrictions and fees, and it has said it plans to expand beyond Japan into markets including Indonesia and the UAE.
