Eve Air Mobility and RV Connex Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to support long-term regulatory development for Thailand's Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) sector, with the stated goal of helping prepare the country for commercial operations. The companies said they will work on industry and regulatory engagement, bringing together public and private stakeholders to build safe, efficient and scalable operations. The effort will assess future operating scenarios, safety requirements, airspace rules and infrastructure needs tailored to Thailand's aviation system, while drawing on global AAM standards and local market needs. Johann Bordais, chief executive officer at Eve Air Mobility, said Thailand presents a strong urban air mobility opportunity, while Sujate Jantarang, president of RV Connex, said the framework could help Thai authorities craft modern regulations aligned with international standards.
