VivoPower PLC said it plans to spin off its non-Nordic AI data center assets into a new independently capitalized company headquartered in Singapore, adding structure to its previously announced plan for an independent listing of the 2.2GW non-Nordic AI infrastructure platform. The company has said the move would shift the platform's capital expenditure requirements away from VivoPower while allowing it to retain de facto control, with the new entity focused on assets in the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.
