Stacks, a Bitcoin Layer 2 protocol, has published a Token Transparency Framework report that is now available on Bloomberg Terminals, extending Blockworks’ standardized crypto disclosure initiative into a core channel used by institutional investors. The filing places Stacks’ governance and financial information in front of more than 350,000 Bloomberg users and marks a notable addition because participation in the framework has so far been concentrated in Solana-based DeFi projects. Blockworks launched the Token Transparency Framework on June 18, 2025 as an open-source disclosure standard for onchain projects. The framework asks protocols to report quarterly financial disclosures, value accrual mechanisms, segmented revenue, and whether they maintain an investor relations hub, seeking to present crypto-native information in a format more familiar to traditional finance. As of August 18, 2026, the TTF page showed 111 total disclosures, 93 of them current, implying roughly 9% adoption among tracked protocols. The broader effort is aimed at making token projects easier to compare by standardizing how they present economics, governance, and financial operations. Bloomberg distribution matters because it moves disclosures from project websites and crypto-native dashboards into the workflow of portfolio managers, analysts, and traders who use terminals for market data, research, and allocation decisions.
