In a separate 2026 release, Demotech said it received the American Business Vanguard award for "Niche Financial Analysis Provider of the Year - [Insurance] - USA." The firm said the recognition reflects its analysis of regional and specialty insurers, including their business models, execution and reinsurance programs. Across both releases, Demotech said carriers it reviews and rates use catastrophe modeling, mitigation technologies, structural hardening and reinsurance to keep coverage available in catastrophe-prone markets and help protect homeowners, mortgages and local tax bases.
