Rosen Law Firm said it filed a securities class action on behalf of investors who bought Blaize Holdings, Inc. securities between July 18, 2025 and April 28, 2026. The suit alleges Blaize announced transactions with entities that were wholly unequipped to conduct meaningful business to create an appearance of growth, improperly recognized revenue, and as a result made materially false or misleading public statements during the class period. Investors who want to seek appointment as lead plaintiff must move the court by October 5, 2026. The firm said investors may seek compensation through a contingency fee arrangement, while noting that no class has been certified and that investors may choose their own counsel or remain absent class members.
