Amer Sports reported second-quarter adjusted earnings of $0.22 per share, up from $0.06 a year earlier and above the $0.11 consensus, as revenue climbed 32% to $1.633 billion and beat the $1.543 billion estimate. Growth was driven by gains of more than 20% across Arc'teryx, Salomon Softgoods and Wilson Tennis 360, with direct-to-consumer sales up 40% to a record 55% of group revenue and Asia-Pacific revenue rising 60%; adjusted gross margin expanded to 65.8%, helped by a $64.3 million tariff refund, and adjusted operating margin rose to 12.8%. The company raised its full-year 2026 GAAP earnings outlook to $1.27 to $1.30 per share and lifted its revenue forecast to about $8.142 billion, while third-quarter revenue guidance topped consensus even as its earnings range of $0.31 to $0.33 per share trailed expectations.
