Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. said a class action lawsuit has been filed against Alarum Technologies Ltd in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Alarum securities between March 20, 2025 and July 2, 2026. The firm said investors have until October 5, 2026 to ask the court to appoint them as lead plaintiff. The complaint alleges Alarum and its executives violated federal securities laws by making false or misleading statements, or by omitting material information, including allegations that subsidiary NetNut linked customer home internet devices into another network without consent, that the activity helped cyber criminals conceal their locations, and that the conduct materially increased Alarum’s legal exposure and threatened its business prospects. Bragar Eagel & Squire is urging investors who suffered losses, long-term stockholders, and people with relevant information to contact Brandon Walker or Melissa Fortunato to discuss their options.
