Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. said a class action lawsuit has been filed against ARS Pharmaceuticals in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired ARS securities between March 9, 2026 and June 24, 2026. The firm said investors have until October 5, 2026 to ask the court to be appointed lead plaintiff, the investor who directs the case on behalf of the proposed class. The complaint alleges ARS gave investors material information about the expected timeline for expanded insurance coverage of its epinephrine nasal spray, neffy, with CVS Caremark, including statements expressing confidence that the coverage would begin on July 1, 2026 and be in place for the summer and back-to-school allergy seasons. Plaintiffs contend the company failed to adequately disclose the risk that the expanded coverage might not be available by that date, leaving neffy without the expected CVS Caremark coverage during those periods.
