Provable said institutions, businesses, and government entities can now request early access to Shield Swap, a non-custodial trading venue built to keep wallet balances, portfolio composition, transaction history, identities, and trading strategies confidential while preserving public verification of pool reserves, trade prices, transaction sizes, and fees. The company said the platform generates an encrypted compliance record for every trade and transaction-specific records for transfers of supported dollar-denominated stablecoins, allowing users to share required information with a regulator, auditor, or counterparty through view keys and selective disclosure without exposing their full financial history. Shield Swap currently supports USDCx, which Provable described as the world’s first confidential and compliant stablecoin backed 1:1 by USDC held in Circle xReserve, and during its beta period also supports Wrapped Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and Aleo. Howard Wu, founder and CEO of Provable, said the system is designed to keep market activity verifiable while protecting identities, portfolios, and strategies, with compliance built into the venue. Provable said early access opens on Monday, August 17, 2026, and a public launch is anticipated in Q4 2026.
