BiFu said it has reorganized its platform under BiNet, a unified asset trading network that lets users complete KYC (identity verification) once and use the same account and funding pool across six markets: crypto, forex, commodities, stocks, real-world assets (RWA, digitized rights to offline assets) and prediction markets (contracts tied to event outcomes). The company presented the move as an infrastructure layer rather than a new venue, combining identity, capital, risk and compliance into one framework with fiat and crypto funding, internal transfers and a single view of exposure. BiFu said the platform aggregates liquidity from 200+ exchanges and market makers and offers wealth-management lines spanning pre-IPO and unlisted equity, strategy yield and collateralized private notes, with assets kept separate from operating funds under third-party custody. In June and July, its "Football Without Borders" campaign drew 13,999 participants who predicted 464,443 total goals, and forex notional volume topped US$160 million, which BiFu said supported its view that users shift across markets more easily when capital is already in the same account; it added that more markets may be connected over time.
