Ramaco Resources said it has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Indium Corporation to negotiate the potential supply of gallium and germanium from Ramaco's exploratory Brook Mine rare earth and critical-mineral project in Wyoming. The agreement shifts the focus from earlier feedstock-testing and recycling-linked discussions to a possible upstream supply relationship tied directly to the Brook Mine resource base. Any future offtake or supply arrangement remains subject to due diligence, definitive agreements, successful development of the Brook Mine project and other conditions. The tie-up points to continuing efforts to build more resilient U.S. and allied supply chains for critical materials used across semiconductors, electronics, aerospace, defense and advanced manufacturing.
