Sur-Seal said it has officially rebranded as Cohesive Components, extending the Charlotte-based engineered materials converter's post-acquisition overhaul under Brodie Generational Capital Partners. The change, effective immediately, follows BGCP's December 2025 purchase and comes with plans to add converting capacity, broaden material capabilities and strengthen the workforce as the company pursues operational improvements and strategic expansion. Cohesive Components employs about 400 people, runs manufacturing operations in Ohio and Michigan and serves a blue-chip customer base by turning engineered materials into production-ready parts through processes including die cutting, tool-less cutting, laminating, skiving, slitting and sheeting. The company has said existing customer teams and contacts will remain in place during the transition, while its website, communications and other customer-facing materials are updated on a rolling basis at cohesivecomponents.com.
