Falcon Finance said it is building a regulated real-world asset tokenization pipeline in El Salvador, starting with a token tied to GPU financing. The company said high-performance GPUs typically take four to eight months from payment to physical delivery, and that a special purpose vehicle will issue the token to fund that gap. The computing resources generated by those GPUs have been pre-contracted for purchase by NEAR AI. Falcon Finance plans to make the GPU token freely tradable on Uniswap and other platforms, and to recognize it as collateral for minting its synthetic stablecoin USDf once trading volume and liquidity are sufficient. The structure reflects a broader effort to bring real-world financing on-chain by packaging claims on future economic output into tradable blockchain-based instruments that can also be used in decentralized finance.
