Ava Labs has promoted Chief Operating Officer Charlie Cooper to president and named interim finance chief Lydia Chiu as permanent chief financial officer, marking a leadership reshuffle as John Wu shifts into a senior adviser role. Wu said Cooper's background at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Deutsche Bank and State Street makes him well suited to lead day-to-day operations in Ava Labs' next phase of growth. Wu said he will continue advising on long-term strategy while helping strengthen Avalanche's network on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley.
