The September 7-9, 2026 event at Dubai World Trade Centre will be used to introduce a development that combines AI, robotics, smart-home systems, wellness, sustainability and community-focused design to an international audience of investors, developers and other real estate stakeholders. The company framed the project as a human-centred model for residential living, built around convenience, comfort, efficiency, adaptability and long-term value, while IPS President Dawood Al Shezawi said the launch reflects priorities shaping the next generation of residential development.
