Pomerantz LLP said a class action lawsuit has been filed against Photronics, Inc. and concerns whether the company and certain of its officers and directors engaged in securities fraud or other unlawful business practices. Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Photronics securities during the Class Period have until September 4, 2026, to ask the court to appoint them as Lead Plaintiff. The notice ties the case to Photronics' May 28, 2026 fiscal second-quarter 2026 results, which showed revenue and earnings well below internal projections, an 11% sequential decline in IC revenue, and third-quarter guidance below market consensus. Management said an expected seasonal recovery after the Chinese New Year holiday failed to materialize because of new product launch delays, elevated fab utilization rates and geopolitical uncertainty. Photronics shares fell $19.49, or 36.4%, to close at $34.02 on May 28, 2026.
