S&P Global Energy said it will hold the 42nd annual Asia Pacific Petroleum Conference, or APPEC, in Singapore from Sept. 7 to 10, 2026, gathering 1,500 industry leaders at a time of heightened volatility across oil and natural gas markets. The event at Raffles City Convention Centre will focus on supply chain disruption, shifting trade corridors, energy security and market resilience, with more than 180 speakers covering oil, natural gas, chemicals, biofuels and shipping. Ms. Gan Siow Huang, Minister of State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Ministry of Trade and Industry for Singapore, is scheduled to deliver the opening address. S&P Global Energy President Dave Ernsberger said risks that were once theoretical have become physical realities, reshaping trade flows and making this year's discussions particularly relevant.
