Metrix Finance has acquired Poolfish, an on-chain analytics and position-management tool for liquidity providers, in a deal whose financial terms were not disclosed. Poolfish, previously known as Uniswap fish, helps users discover, analyze, manage and track LP positions and has been used to shape Uniswap V3 liquidity strategies. Poolfish said its existing website will remain online, while its tools have been migrated to the Metrix platform and integrated with Metrix's existing and new features so users can access related services in one place. The company said the user experience will change after the acquisition, but its core tools and data services will remain available, with Metrix adding capabilities that Poolfish previously did not offer.
