Lundbeck reported first-half 2026 revenue of DKK 13,588 million, up 16% at constant exchange rates and 11% in Danish kroner, driven by Vyepti and Rexulti and double-digit growth in the United States and Europe. The company maintained its full-year forecast for revenue growth of 7%-9% at constant exchange rates and adjusted EBITDA growth of 8%-14%, saying first-half results benefited partly from a one-time DKK 470 million inventory build linked to its partnership model in 27 markets. Second-quarter revenue rose 7% to DKK 6.46 billion, exceeding a DKK 6.23 billion analyst consensus, while adjusted core earnings were DKK 1.98 billion versus expectations of DKK 1.95 billion. Lundbeck expects generic versions of Abilify Maintena to enter mainly Australia and Canada in the second half of 2026, putting pressure on sales, but CEO Charl van Zyl said demand for Vyepti and Rexulti showed no sign of slowing and that acquisitions were not needed to bridge a potential gap before pipeline products launch.
