Ocean Tomo, a company of J.S. Held, said nine of its professionals were included in the 2026 IAM Strategy 300, a guide to leading intellectual property strategists worldwide. The honorees are Gregory Campanella, John A. Hudson, David Kennedy, Brian W. Napper, Larry Tedesco, Ozer Teitelbaum, Marek Wernik, Sam Wiley and Ryan Zurek. The company said the recognition spans its four service lines - expert testimony, valuation and strategy, management consulting or advisory, and patent analytics and reverse engineering - and reflects an integrated approach to intellectual property and emerging AI assets across valuation, licensing, economic damages, patent transactions, FRAND and SEP analysis, and strategic advisory work over the life cycle of intangible assets. Ocean Tomo said the announcement follows another IAM recognition in June 2026, when its professionals were also listed in the IAM Patent 1000.
