Bitget will change the UNITREEUSDT perpetual contract funding interval from every eight hours to every four hours at 08:00 UTC on Aug. 19, 2026, with a maximum funding rate of +0.5000%/-0.5000%. Separately, the ONGUSDT perpetual futures trading pair will move from four-hour to one-hour funding at 01:00 UTC+0 on Aug. 21, 2026, with a maximum rate of +2.0000%/-2.0000%. Bitget said both adjustments are intended to better align perpetual futures prices with spot index prices and may be rescheduled because of high market volatility or other factors.
